ROCKVILLE, Maryland, July 29, 2021— The featured guests on this week’s “El Momento Cívico / The Civic Moment” include Mayra Cruz-Solís, civic engagement specialist and Hispanic outreach liaison with the Montgomery County Council; Diana Tato, program manager for the Food Security Plan at the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS); Marlene L.
