A crash left one person with life-threatening injuries and a road closed in Montgomery County, Maryland, Saturday night.

The crash happened on Darnestown Road, between Bucklodge Road and Cattail Road.

One person was extricated from the crash, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue.

The roadway was closed due to several downed utility poles and wires.
