Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will be joined by Chief Administrative Office Andrew Kleine and Budget Director Rich Madaleno for the unveiling of the County’s new “Taxpayer Receipt.”  The County is the first jurisdiction in the region to implement this online tool that enables taxpayers to see how their estimated local income and property taxes will support budgeted services for the Fiscal Year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

The package worth $900bn (£665bn) was approved by Congress after months of difficult negotiations and compromises. Mr Trump says he wants to give people bigger one-off payments.
