ROCKVILLE, Md., Jan. 30, 2019—Montgomery County Police Chief J. Thomas Manger has decided he will retire this April, after many years of exemplary service to our county. His announcement comes on the 15th anniversary of his swearing in as police chief and culminates in 42 year of illustrious years of police work.
