Community Action Video to Be Featured on Cable Show “Did You Know?” Beginning April 1

Learn more about the County’s Community Action Agency in a new segment of County Cable Montgomery’s show “Did You Know?”.  The 15-minute program begins airing on Sunday, April 1, at 2 p.m., and will repeat throughout the week. 

The program highlights the historical impact of the Community Action Agency, its Board and partners in delivering services to improve the lives of low-income residents in the county. The Community Action Agency, a program of the Department of Health and Human Services, was formed in 1967, following the passage of the Economic Opportunity Act in 1964.
