ROCKVILLE, Md., Feb. 23, 2018—On February 26 at 9:30 a.m. Council Committees will continue working on the County’s capital budget. The Council has held three public hearings on the capital budget, during which it has heard from 73 residents. The Council will take all testimony, emails and letters into consideration as they make decisions on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Capital Budget and the FY19-24 Capital Improvements Program (CIP).
