1 dead, 2 injured after crash in Prince George’s Co.

WASHINGTON — One man is dead and two people are injured after a crash that involved three cars and a deer in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

The crash happened near the intersection of Ritchie Marlboro Road and Brown Road just before 6 a.m., Prince George’s County police said.

The driver of one car was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver and passenger of the second car were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The third driver was uninjured.

The cause of the crash is being investigated but it involved a deer, police said.
