Police seek to ID suspected ATV joy riders who caused chaos at National Harbor (Photos)
WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police are asking for the public’s help in identifying people suspected of joy riding through the streets of D.C. and the National Harbor area, disregarding traffic locals and creating chaos.
The photos released by police were caught on videos form gas station surveillance cameras and police dashcams.
Police ATVs and light motorcycles will be part of a stepped-up police presence this weekend, authorities said.
