Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett will be joined by County Council President Roger Berliner; County Council Vice President Hans Riemer; County Council Member Marc Elrich, and other County officials to celebrate the completion of the largest solar project at a County facility to date and the energy independence, environmental protection, and cost-savings it represents. The event will take place at 10 a.m. at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility (MCCF) at 22880 Whelan Lane in Boyds.
